SEDONA SAMPLER Weekends - this is a three night getaway. Retreat includes a Friday night meet and greet, intention setting session, morning yoga, Lecture on your Ayurvedic type, Red Rock Hike from the Stupa to The Heart Vortex, a meditation and Spirit Talk at the creek, room and breakfast. SEDONA SMOOTHIE - five day Retreat. This is a fabulous opportunity to relax and breath and really experience the special spirit that is Sedona. Retreat includes daily yoga, daily VORTEX hikes, meditations and talks, group soul retrieval session, aura clearing and chakra balancing, learning to marry your prayer, mastering the 'I' of the hurricane. Ho'oponopono forgiveness techniques, karma clearing and more! Plus room and breakfast. (rates based on dbl. occ.)
